1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using inTaraf, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the
service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the inTaraf website, any related mobile or app experience, and the connected backend services operated
under the inTaraf name. If mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights remain in place.
The applicable operator for your account is WodoTech LTD, company number 14739595, trading as inTaraf, with a registered
office at 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom, unless a jurisdiction-specific legal notice, invoice, or footer
identifies a more specific operator for your region.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service. We may update these Terms as described in Section 26.
2. What inTaraf is and is not
inTaraf is a platform for discovering, publishing, reviewing, and communicating around listings. Unless we expressly state
otherwise, we are not the seller, buyer, employer, agent, broker, insurer, payment intermediary between users, or contracting
party in transactions between users.
- You are responsible for your own dealings, due diligence, legal compliance, tax obligations, and transaction decisions.
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, availability, or suitability of any listing or user.
- We may provide tools that help users create, translate, review, moderate, or discover content, but those tools do not transfer responsibility away from the user who posts or acts on the content.
3. Eligibility, identity, and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in method, email address, phone
number, and device access secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account until you sign out or
notify us of unauthorized access.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and legally able to enter a binding contract.
- You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, or create accounts for fraud, abuse, or evasion.
- We may require OTP verification, payment verification, device checks, or other reasonable controls to protect users and the platform.
- Admin and privileged accounts may be subject to additional controls and cannot always be self-deleted.
4. Listing rules
You are responsible for every listing, title, description, price, category, location, link, image, video, generated image,
message, review, and other content you submit. You must only post content that you have the right to post and that complies
with these Terms, applicable law, and platform safety rules.
- Listings must be honest, accurate, relevant, and placed in an appropriate category.
- Listings must include at least one relevant image or video before they can be sent for review.
- You must not use images, QR codes, screenshots, or embedded text to bypass platform rules, fees, safety checks, or contact controls.
- You must not post private, sensitive, or third-party information unless you have the legal right and consent to do so.
- You must not post listings that are unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, or prohibited under Section 5.
inTaraf may translate, normalize, classify, moderate, reformat, de-rank, restrict, reject, archive, or remove listings where
needed to operate and protect the service. Original user-provided text should remain available as the user submitted it,
while backend systems may store normalized or English shadow data for search, safety, category detection, and AI review.
5. Prohibited content and activity
You must not post, promote, offer, request, facilitate, or link to content, goods, services, or activity involving:
- illegal drugs, controlled substances, unauthorized medicines, or unsafe medical products;
- weapons, ammunition, explosives, dangerous weapon accessories, or instructions for making weapons or explosives;
- fake documents, IDs, passports, licenses, certificates, account credentials, fraud tools, or identity misuse;
- stolen goods, counterfeit goods, goods suspected to be stolen, or deceptive branded goods;
- adult sexual services, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, or any sexualized content involving minors;
- child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking, or exploitation of any person;
- hate, harassment, threats, violent extremism, incitement to violence, or targeted abuse;
- hacking, phishing, malware, evasion, unauthorized access, account takeover, or fraud services;
- illegal gambling, unauthorized betting, unlicensed financial services, or deceptive investment schemes;
- protected wildlife, illegal animal sales, unsafe animal listings, or content that encourages animal cruelty;
- scams, pyramid schemes, bait-and-switch pricing, false claims, fake urgency, or misleading availability;
- content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
- payment instructions, direct contact channels, or off-platform circumvention where the platform restricts them;
- any activity that violates applicable law, these Terms, or reasonable platform safety requirements.
We may reject, remove, restrict, or escalate content even if it is not listed above when we reasonably believe it creates
legal, safety, fraud, trust, or platform-integrity risk.
6. Photo, video, and generated image rules
Photos and videos must be relevant to the listing and must not mislead users. Media is reviewed for safety, relevance,
category detection, quality, policy compliance, and potential abuse.
- Use media that accurately represents the item, service, property, event, job, pet, or listing subject.
- Do not upload media containing explicit adult content, graphic violence, weapons, drugs, hate symbols, fraud material, or illegal activity.
- Do not show sensitive documents, bank cards, private addresses, medical records, private messages, account credentials, or other sensitive personal information.
- Blur or avoid license plates, identity documents, faces of people who have not consented, children, and private background information where appropriate.
- Do not add phone numbers, payment details, QR codes, social media handles, external links, or off-platform instructions to images where used to bypass platform controls.
- Generated listing images should not contain readable text by default.
- Uploaded media may be analyzed using AI vision, OCR, metadata checks, video thumbnails, and selected video frames.
Text appearing naturally in images is not automatically prohibited. Product labels, book covers, shop signs, brand/model
marks, and incidental background text may be allowed. Text in images may be blocked or flagged if it contains sensitive
information, prohibited claims, political persuasion, hate, scams, off-platform contact, payment instructions, or content
that replaces the listing title/description.
7. Political and civic content
Political content is sensitive and may be reviewed with additional caution. We may detect political slogans, campaign
material, party or candidate promotion, fundraising, political symbols, political persuasion, election-related claims, and
related text in listings or media.
- Campaign advertising, political fundraising, or direct persuasion to support or oppose a candidate, party, or political group may be rejected or sent to human review.
- Threats, intimidation, hate, violence, misleading election claims, or harassment in a political context are prohibited.
- Historical, educational, journalistic, book, collectible, or documentary material may be allowed if it is lawful, safe, non-deceptive, and not used as political advertising or abuse.
- Low-confidence political detections should generally be escalated to human review instead of automatic rejection.
8. AI review, moderation, and listing status
Listings are not guaranteed to go live immediately. Before public visibility, listings may be sent for AI-assisted review
and, where needed, human review. The final submission button may say Send for review instead of Publish.
- We may review title, description, category, location, links, images, generated images, uploaded media, video frames, OCR text, and account signals.
- AI review may classify a listing as approved, needing changes, rejected, or requiring human review.
- Automated decisions may be incomplete or incorrect; we may use human review for sensitive, ambiguous, low-confidence, or high-risk cases.
- You may be asked to edit, replace, blur, clarify, or remove content before a listing can proceed.
- We may store moderation findings, category signals, OCR findings, user-facing messages, admin notes, and audit records.
AI and moderation tools are safety and quality tools. They are not legal, financial, medical, professional, or safety-critical
advice, and you remain responsible for what you post and the transactions you pursue.
If a listing is restricted, rejected, or removed by automation, you may request a manual review through support or the
in-product appeal flow where available. We will review the request within a reasonable time, but we do not guarantee reversal.
9. Category detection, gallery suggestions, and listing assistance
We may infer listing type and category from title, description, location, selected gallery images, generated-image prompts,
uploaded media, translated or normalized text, and other listing signals. We may suggest or preselect an image from our
gallery to help users avoid publishing a listing without media.
- You can change the suggested category, replace suggested media, upload your own media, or generate a cover image where available.
- Gallery images may carry metadata that helps category detection and listing quality.
- Uploaded media may be analyzed to improve category detection and detect policy violations.
- AI suggestions may be wrong; you must review the final listing before sending it for review.
10. Wallet, AI fees, media fees, and payment rails
inTaraf may charge wallet balance or require payment for platform services, including premium translation, AI-assisted
text tools, AI-generated images, uploaded media analysis, video processing, OCR, moderation-related media review, messaging
features, and other usage events.
- Gallery ranking or gallery image selection may be free or lower cost when it uses existing metadata.
- Uploaded image or video review may be billable because it can require AI vision, OCR, video processing, and moderation.
- AI image generation may be billed separately from media review.
- Prices, billing units, thresholds, included allowances, and package availability may change over time.
- Wallet balance is a platform service balance, not a bank account, stored-value deposit account, or interest-bearing account.
- Your unconsumed wallet balance remains available for paid services or a refund request. We do not retain a mandatory USD 1.00 refund reserve.
- If the wallet cannot cover the next charge, the affected paid service pauses automatically. We may send no more than three low-balance email reminders for that low-balance cycle: when it starts, after three days, and after seven days.
- An unpaid video is removed from the public listing immediately. The owner dashboard continues to show that the video is inactive, why it is inactive, and the storage grace deadline. If storage remains unpaid when the seven-day grace period ends, the video may be permanently removed.
- Browser top-ups may be processed through Stripe. Mobile purchases may use app-store billing routed through RevenueCat event handling.
- Taxes, exchange rates, store fees, or payment-provider fees may apply depending on the channel you use.
Before a billable AI or media operation starts, the UI must show the fee, a reasonable estimate, or a clear billable notice
before the user confirms. If the exact cost cannot be known in advance, the UI must still make clear that the action is
billable and how the charge will be determined.
11. Cancellation, refunds, and chargebacks
If you are a UK consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering a distance contract to cancel it without giving a reason.
You may cancel by emailing support@intaraf.com with your
account email, purchase date, amount, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. This does not limit any longer or
additional mandatory right that applies to you.
- Unconsumed wallet balance may be requested for refund without a mandatory reserve or deduction of our payment-processing costs.
- If you expressly request a paid service to start during the cancellation period, we may charge only a proportionate amount for the service actually supplied before cancellation, where the law permits.
- Where a paid action supplies digital content immediately, we ask for express agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement that the cancellation right ends once supply begins. If that acknowledgement is not validly obtained, your statutory cancellation right remains.
- Defective, misdescribed, or improperly supplied services or digital content remain subject to all statutory remedies. Nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
- Eligible verified Stripe refunds are processed automatically and use an idempotent provider reference. Pending or mismatched provider outcomes remain visible for reconciliation.
- Before starting a wallet top-up, you must actively accept these terms and separately confirm the immediate-supply request and cancellation acknowledgement. The accepted version and time are recorded with the payment attempt.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or provider-side reversals may lead to wallet adjustment, access restriction, suspension, or both.
- If your purchase was made through an app store, store-specific billing and refund rules may also apply.
Model cancellation statement: “I give notice that I cancel my contract for the following service: [service]. Ordered on:
[date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].” Emailing this statement is sufficient; no special form is required.
12. Communications, reviews, reports, and claims
Chat, reviews, reports, and claims exist to support trust and platform safety. They must be used honestly and respectfully.
- Do not spam, harass, threaten, manipulate, or deceive other users.
- Do not submit false reviews, false reports, fabricated claims, or coordinated manipulation.
- Do not use chat or reviews to bypass safety, payment, listing, or moderation controls.
- We may review, remove, archive, restrict, or retain content and communication records for support, fraud prevention, moderation, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
You can report suspected illegal or prohibited content from the relevant listing or contact
support@intaraf.com with the URL, the reason for the
report, and any supporting context. We assess reports, may preserve necessary evidence, and remove or restrict illegal
content promptly when we become aware of it. If you disagree with action on your content or report, reply to the outcome or
contact support to request a complaint review by a person not responsible for the original decision where practicable.
13. Translation, AI, and automated outputs
Some features use machine translation, AI-assisted text generation, AI-assisted image generation, metadata inference,
category detection, OCR, media analysis, search ranking, or other automated processing. These outputs can be incomplete,
inaccurate, delayed, biased, unavailable, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing translated, generated, inferred, or suggested output before relying on it.
- Do not rely on AI or translation features as legal, financial, medical, professional, or safety-critical advice.
- We may change, suspend, limit, or reprice automated features, quality tiers, models, or providers over time.
14. Intellectual property and license to user content
You keep ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the service. By submitting content,
you grant inTaraf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, copy, display, format,
translate, analyze, moderate, rank, index, create thumbnails or previews from, and otherwise process that content for
operating, securing, improving, supporting, and displaying the service and your listings.
- You must have all rights needed to submit content and media.
- You must not submit content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
- AI-generated outputs may be subject to provider terms, technical limits, and content-safety restrictions.
15. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and feature delivery, including hosting, storage, payments,
email, SMS, push delivery, translation, AI processing, maps, geocoding, video services, analytics, and optional integrations.
Your use of provider-backed features may also be subject to the relevant provider rules and terms.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, inaccurate outputs, billing-provider issues, store-policy changes, or provider
policy changes caused by third-party providers, although we will generally try to maintain a working alternative when practical.
16. Enforcement, suspension, and restriction
We may suspend, limit, de-rank, archive, reject, remove, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably
believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, respond to disputes, enforce
these Terms, or preserve platform stability.
- We may remove, archive, or de-rank listings that violate policy, become inactive, or create trust and safety risk.
- We may disable features temporarily for maintenance, rollout control, incident response, fraud prevention, or provider limits.
- We may retain relevant records needed to investigate or document enforcement actions.
We apply these provisions consistently and proportionately. We use automated text, image, OCR, account-risk, and other
proactive detection tools to identify potentially illegal or prohibited content, with human review for appeals and suitable
sensitive or uncertain cases. The presence of proactive detection does not remove the reporting route in Section 12.
17. Account deletion and retained history
You can request account deletion through the in-app or web settings flow. Deletion is intended to permanently remove or
anonymize the parts of your account that are not required to be retained.
- Owned listings may be archived and removed from active discovery.
- Profile fields, sessions, OTP records, integrations, wallet context, and related media may be removed or anonymized.
- Conversation history and some review history may remain as anonymous or deleted-user records to preserve past context.
- Support, audit, fraud-prevention, refund, dispute, accounting, moderation, and legally required records may be retained.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@intaraf.com from your registered email
address and explain that you need help with account deletion.
18. Availability and platform changes
We may add, remove, redesign, pause, limit, or discontinue features, categories, listings, pricing plans, payment methods,
AI models, gallery assets, moderation rules, and integrations. We may do this for product, safety, legal, operational,
provider, or business reasons.
19. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful transactions between users, accurate user identity, or that any
listing, review, translation, AI-assisted output, category suggestion, image suggestion, moderation decision, or search result
will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
You are responsible for your own decisions, communications, agreements, payments, deliveries, inspections, compliance, and
safety precautions when dealing with other users.
20. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inTaraf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, reputation, business opportunity, or
expected savings arising from the use of or inability to use the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold inTaraf harmless from claims, losses, liabilities,
damages, costs, and expenses arising from your listings, content, transactions, misuse of the service, violation of these
Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
22. Legal compliance and local rules
You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to your listing, location, transaction, profession,
business, item, service, employment opportunity, property, event, animal, or content. Some categories may require licenses,
permits, disclosures, age limits, inspections, or other legal requirements.
- Property listings must not misstate ownership, occupancy, fees, deposits, availability, utilities, or legal permissions.
- Job listings must not misstate compensation, work authorization, benefits, or hiring authority.
- Vehicle listings must not hide title issues, safety issues, odometer issues, salvage status, or material defects where disclosure is required.
- Health, medical, financial, insurance, and legal service listings must not make regulated claims unless the poster is licensed or otherwise allowed to do so.
- Animal listings must comply with welfare, transport, breeding, and species restrictions.
- Listings must not unlawfully discriminate or facilitate unlawful discrimination in housing, jobs, services, or access.
23. Intellectual property complaints
If you believe a listing, image, video, or other user content infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or
other rights, contact support@intaraf.com with the listing URL,
the rights you claim, the material at issue, and enough information for us to evaluate the request.
We may remove, disable, or restrict content while we review a complaint. Where permitted by law, we may also request
additional information, counter-information, or confirmation before restoring content.
24. Governing law and dispute resolution
To the extent permitted by law, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are
governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Subject to mandatory local law, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or
claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
25. Disputes between users
We may provide tools for reports, claims, chat history, and support review, but we are not required to resolve disputes
between users. We may take platform action when a dispute indicates fraud, abuse, safety risk, policy violation, or legal risk.
26. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the revised
version on the site, and use other reasonable notice methods where appropriate. Continued use of the service after the
updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@intaraf.com.
