1. Acceptance and scope
By accessing or using inTaraf, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the
service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
These Terms apply to the website, any related mobile app, and the connected backend services operated under the inTaraf
name. If mandatory local law gives you additional rights, those rights remain in place.
2. Eligibility, identity, and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your sign-in method, email address, phone
number, and device access secure. You are also responsible for activity that occurs through your account until you sign out
or notify us of unauthorized access.
- You must not impersonate another person or create accounts for fraud, abuse, or evasion.
- We may require OTP verification or other reasonable checks to protect the account and the platform.
- Admin and privileged accounts may be subject to additional controls and cannot always be self-deleted.
3. Marketplace use and user content
inTaraf is a platform for discovering, publishing, and communicating around listings. You remain responsible for the
content you upload or submit, including listings, descriptions, prices, chat messages, reviews, profile details, business
content, and media.
- You must have the rights needed to post content and media.
- You must not post unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful material.
-
By submitting content, you authorize inTaraf to host, copy, display, format, translate, moderate, and process that
content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.
We are not the seller, buyer, or contracting party in transactions between users unless we expressly say otherwise. You are
responsible for your own dealings, due diligence, and compliance with applicable law.
4. Communications, reviews, and moderation
Chat, reviews, reports, and claims exist to support trust and platform safety. They must be used honestly and respectfully.
- Do not spam, harass, threaten, or manipulate other users.
- Do not submit false reviews, false reports, or fabricated claims.
-
We may review, remove, archive, restrict, or retain content and communication records when needed for support, fraud
prevention, moderation, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
5. Wallet, pricing, and payment rails
inTaraf may charge wallet balance for platform services such as premium translation, AI-assisted features, messaging-related
fees, and media-related usage events. Browser top-ups are processed through Stripe. Mobile in-app purchases are expected to
use store billing routed through RevenueCat event handling.
- Wallet balance is a platform service balance, not a bank account or consumer deposit account.
- Wallet balance does not earn interest and cannot be transferred between users unless we expressly support it.
- Prices, billing rules, thresholds, and available payment packages may change over time.
- Taxes, exchange rates, store fees, or payment-provider fees may apply depending on the channel you use.
6. Refunds, reserve balance, and chargebacks
To preserve platform stability, refund requests are limited by a minimum wallet reserve. At the time of request, the
maximum refundable amount is calculated as:
current wallet balance minus the configured minimum reserve balance.
- Charges already consumed and recorded in wallet transactions are non-refundable.
- Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.
- Refund requests are reviewed manually and we may request additional verification before a decision.
- Chargebacks, disputes, or provider-side reversals may lead to wallet adjustment, access restriction, or both.
If your purchase was made through an app store, store-specific billing and refund rules may also apply in addition to these
Terms.
7. Translation, AI, and automated outputs
Some features use machine translation, AI-assisted text generation, AI-assisted metadata inference, or other automated
processing. These outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing translated, generated, or inferred output before relying on it.
- Do not rely on AI or translation features as legal, financial, professional, or safety-critical advice.
- We may change or suspend automated features, quality tiers, and pricing over time.
8. Third-party services
The platform relies on third-party providers for infrastructure and feature delivery, including hosting, storage, payments,
email, SMS, push delivery, translation, mapping, and video services. Your use of those provider-backed features may also be
subject to the relevant provider rules and terms.
We are not responsible for outages, delays, or policy changes caused by third-party providers, although we will generally
try to maintain a working alternative when practical.
9. Suspension, restriction, and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the service if we reasonably believe it is necessary to
protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, investigate fraud, respond to disputes, enforce these Terms, or preserve
platform stability.
- We may remove, archive, or de-rank listings that violate policy or become inactive.
- We may disable features temporarily for maintenance, rollout control, or incident response.
- We may retain relevant records needed to investigate or document enforcement actions.
10. Account deletion and retained history
You can request account deletion through the in-app or web settings flow. Deletion is intended to permanently remove or
anonymize the parts of your account that are not required to be retained.
- Owned listings are archived and removed from active discovery.
- Profile fields, sessions, OTP records, integrations, wallet context, and related media are removed or anonymized.
- Conversation history and some review history may remain as anonymous or deleted-user records to preserve past context.
- Support, audit, fraud-prevention, refund, dispute, accounting, and legally required records may be retained.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@intaraf.com from your registered email
address and explain that you need help with account deletion.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee
uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful transactions between users, or that any listing, review,
translation, or AI-assisted output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, inTaraf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the use of the service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the
revised version on the site, and use other reasonable notice methods where appropriate. Continued use of the service after
the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised version.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@intaraf.com.
